Do we need to replace our existing SFE or CRM?
No. ValenceAI sits above your existing SFE or CRM as an analytics and field intelligence layer. It can work alongside systems such as Salesforce and Veeva.
How do field teams use ValenceAI?
Field teams receive a WhatsApp number to send voice notes, ask product questions and receive reminders, past visit context and next-action nudges.
Can we choose which signals to track?
Yes. Configure signals by therapy, brand, territory or objective, including prescription dips, competitor activity, stock issues, new prescribers, RAG changes, POB/SKU signals, scheme response and follow-ups.
